• MLS listing with full description of your property for 3 months
  MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is used by all licensed brokers for sharing information about properties available for sale. You can attract prospective buyers to your property by offering compensation to the buyer's broker. It is customary to propose 2-3% from the sales price at closing*.
• Digital Picture
  A quality picture of your property will attract a lot of prospective buyers. One picture of your property will be taken by MY Realty and will be placed on the MLS. The same picture will appear on Realtor.com and MY Realty web pages.
  Additional pictures and/or video tours are available for additional charge.
• Realtor.com advertisement
  Countless prospective buyers searching for a home will see your property on Realtor.com
• MY Realty Internet advertisement
  Your property will appear on the MY REALTY web site with a detailed description and a picture
• Sign - "For Sale By Owner"
  A professional MY REALTY sign with your telephone number will be installed on your premises. Example
• Property Evaluation
  One of our experienced licensed brokers will help you determine the best price for your property based on a market analysis of recent sales in your area
• One Newspaper Ad
  We will include information about your property in the MY REALTY weekly newspaper advertisement.
• Licensed Broker Support
  Our friendly brokers will gladly answer any questions during the selling process.

* You retain the right to sell the property yourself paying no commission in the event that you find the buyer yourself.

• Open House - $300
  Per your request our licensed broker may hold a one-hour open house at your property for sale. The Open House sign and information sheets will be provided.
• Escrow Account - $100
  We provide the service of keeping your deposit money on MY Realty Escrow account with dual accounting. Deposits and interest will be transferred to the parties according the Purchase & Sale Agreement
• Additional pictures - $10 each
• Video tour - $100
• Appointment scheduling - $150 per month
  We will receive telephone calls and arrange appointments for your convenience in the time window you provide
• Negotiations and business advice - $300
  If you prefer not to contact the buyer directly we can negotiate on your behalf. In most cases this results in a much higher selling price.
